We are continuously researching new way in which we can provide cutting edge programs that engage the employees and their families to make healthy lifestyle choices.

Annual Flu Shot Clinics
The NHIT will provide all enrolled members the opportunity to schedule annual flu vaccine clinics with our preferred vendor. These vaccines will be provided to employees enrolled in the NHIT health program at no additional cost. Vaccines may be provided to employees not enrolled in the health program for a small fee. Employee Assistance Program (EAP)
The NHIT EAP provides unlimited, 24/7 phone consultation with Masters Level clinicians located in New Hampshire. Some highlights of the EAP include:
- A web portal for information that includes but is not limited to supervisory consultation, health assessments care locators and on-line courses;
- Thirty minute consultation with legal or financial specialists is also available with the EAP at no additional cost to employees; and
- On-site and/or telephonic crisis management consultation.
Harvard Pilgrim Health Assessment
Members age 18 and older can complete the health questionnaire to provide a quantitative measure of their overall health. The results of each member’s HQ are confidential. After completion, members will instantly receive their individual profile that provides helpful guidance to begin improving risk factors in their lifestyle. Members can also select to work with a Health Coach from Harvard Pilgrim to help improve some of their wellness results, but this in not required.
Workplace Wellness Initiatives
Wellness initiatives are available to member groups and their employees. We are always open to ideas from our membership! If you have an idea fora wellness program, or if you would like to implement a wellness program in your workplace, please let us know.
