NHIT’s staff provides excellent customer service, and training for our staff. This talented group has provided great education to the employees to assist them in managing/using their health benefits, which has helped our employees to manage their out of pocket health care costs. The NHIT staff has also provided plan guidance and wellness training, which has again benefited the employees. This outstanding customer service is a great value to our small community.
The districts of SAU 9 (Conway, Jackson, Eaton, etc.) have been with the New Hampshire Interlocal Trust since its inception, and their customer service is just outstanding! They’re big enough to handle our relatively large number of participants, but still small enough to allow us a personal connection with everyone at the NHIT office. As a North Country district, I was concerned about receiving the attention needed during the transition, plan changes, etc. but they’ve consistently made us feel like we’re right next door.
NHIT worked closely with Town staff and our employees to ensure everyone fully understood the benefits available to them and to make the transition into their plan as smooth as possible. Our administrative questions were handled quickly and knowledgeably. This was one of the easiest benefit program transitions I’ve ever experienced in over 15 years of municipal government.
