When navigating the complexity of health care, Interlocal Trust staff is available to assist with claims questions, interactions with Harvard Pilgrim and other vendors to simplify members’ efforts.

Covered employees & their dependents have access to many additional benefit programs. Programs include Doctor on Demand, Reduce My Costs, Care Management Programs and more.

Plan Portfolio

Our portfolio is designed to offer plan options comparable to your existing coverage and also includes additional innovative health plan & prescription drug plans exclusive to the Interlocal Trust.

Trust Work-Life Assistance Program

Our Employee Assistance Program is available to all employees of the worksite and members of their household, regardless of enrollment in the Interlocal Trust health program.

Customized Wellness Programming

Wellness programming is not a “one size fits all” approach, that is why we customize all of our wellness programs to fit the needs and interests of Employers, Employees and their families.

ACA 1095 Reporting & Assistance

We coordinate Affordable Care Act trainings and updates to Interlocal Trust Member Groups. All 1095 and IRS reporting (form preparation & mailing) is performed for all Member Groups.
