Happiness: Surprising Research on what creates and sustains

January 26, 2022 @ 2:00 pm - 3:00 pm

Life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness – our unalienable rights as Americans!  But, as we pursue happiness, can we predict what will actually make us happy?  Can we improve or increase our general level of happiness?  In this seminar we’ll explore some of the paradoxes of happiness and learn about a new trend called “Positive Psychology”.  Take this opportunity to reevaluate your level of happiness and learn about new perspectives and strategies for improving daily life.

These are some of the questions we’ll answer:

  • What is happiness?
  • Can we predict happiness?
  • How might we improve our sense of happiness/well-being?
