I added more perennials to my garden today. Two orange delphinium (pictured but not blooming) and three pink veronica speedwell. And I used some super awesome lobster compost to "mulch" what I call my wedding garden.

Spent some quiet time tending to my sister’s chickens while she was away.

I have done lots of gardening this week 🌻

I did some gardening, weeding, fighting with chipmunks and then I picked this bouquet of peonies from my gardens to bring inside!

I walked for 15 minutes everyday and swam for 15 minutes 2 days.

Got a chance to do some gardening and some laps at the lake!

Outside meals all day today! Watermelon at T-ball, lunch at the top of our favorite family hike, and I’m finally sitting down to enjoy dinner out on the deck after a busy day in the sun 🌞

I ate my lunch outside in the garden at school today. It was so beautiful out! Especially compared to the hot hot heat of the past couple days!!

Walked over 15 minutes each day and ate a meal outside every day!

Each day I took a walk and ate a piece of fruit before I walked <3

Enjoyed an apple at the summit of Table Mountain last week!

Took a walk to the Post Office today, and enjoyed a Nelson's Frozen Banana dipped in chocolate and rolled in pecans while sitting in the Main Street Park. YUM!!
